I,ve never heard that and I doubt very much if that is true!
I have heard that. Dateline or some other type of show did a report that said soy is great for women experiencing menstral pain because it helps their hormone levels. I have also read other studies that claim it lowers natural test levels in males. If I were you I would stay away from it. If you are lactose intolerate, there are milks you can buy that are lactose free, but they are more expensive and as far as I am concerned, don't taste as good.
