what do you think of sports drinks during workouts,any good or waste of time?
During heavy workouts I like them but usually keep adding water to the bottle.
Gatorade is the only one worth anything. It has electrolytes you need, good for after you get drunk too. All the other ones are sugar water.
I drink Gatorade when I work out, but just don't drink too much during an intense workout.
Nothing beats plain water.

i drink Gatorade/Powerade and after that all used up doing training its onto the water. water is ur friend.

Agreed with everyone else about water is the best thing. But I also like to sip some science carbs H2O. 75g carbs total (60g) complex carbs. Just like the mental aspect of the carb drinks myself. But I only take this during my workouts when I'm concerned with bulking to add more quality calories.Originally Posted by daos
