I am going to do a 4 week cycle of m1t and 4 derm, 10mg m1t aday and 400mg 4derm aday. My question is do I spray the 400mg of 4derm on all at once or should I split it up, 200mg in the morning and 200mg in the eve? Thanks for any info.

It's best to split the doses. Do the 4derm when you take your M1T.

thanks for the quick reply nsa. I was thinking that I am going to take first dose at 3pm everyday and then last dose before I go to bed. Do you think that this will aleviate some of the lethargy until after I get off work after 5pm? I work in the medical field so I kinda gotta be on top of things durring the afternoon.

4derm will definately help, but you still might be somewhat lethargic. It really depends on the person. For best results you should try and take it 12 hours apart.

Definitely try for 10-12 hrs between doses, including the m1t at same time. I split my hawthorne berry, m1t, and 4derm into 2 equal doses each day. It becomes very routine, very fast.

When I cycled it, I took M1t 7 a.m. along with Nolvadex and 400 mgs of 4derm. I ended up gaining a nice clean 9 lbs of lbm from a 3 week cycle.
If you are using 4derm at 400+ mgs per day, it will be necessary to use an anti-estrogen as it will aromatase (per the instructions).

I used 400mg 4 derm for 4 weeks with no anti-e's until PCT. Wasn't a problem for me in the least. Everyone is different though.
