yeah, 11 grams per scoop was pretty close, I just called my buddy who is like a wiz at math, we calculated the 10 pound bag to yield 19 grams of dextrose per scoop, good thing I took 3 scoops, cause I just hit my insulin, hahahahaah

does it not say 11g/scoop on the package? im pretty sure it does.

10 grams of carbs per 20cc scoop. Symatech is right, it's all on the label.
