I really liked Swole V2. Regular creatine gave me a lot of digestistive issues.
The strength increases were good, pumps were better and I put on about 5lbs. I highly recommend the fruit punch Swole--tastes like kool aid!
How many Gs did you take? And for how long a period?

im about to try v12 i just ordered some from ASN
i have used V12 twice, both times my training has been interrupted, diet has suffered etc, but i still think it had some positive effects. I would like to try it while maintaining my diet etc.

I tried v12 and I found it useless (perhaps I just don't respond to creatine very well). All it did for me was give me alittle bit of a rush when I took it.

Keep in mind that Swole V2 and V12 were designed for creatine non-responders. People for some reason or another don't process standard or micronized creatine very well.
I was a creatine non-responder. Swole worked for me, but if you are already satisfied with your creatine, there really isn't any point in buying it.

I had some great pumps with creatine but not always it came at random sorta speak. I still wonna try Swole or V12 im leaning more towards Swole there is a lot more reviews on it and most of em are pretty good
