    Injectable vit B-12

    I got some injectable vit B-12 that says 1000µg per ml. So how much should I take and how often?

    Dude you posted it like 15 minutes ago... Why bump it?

    That means 1000 mcg. So you should take somewhere between 500 - 1000 mcg ED.
