Years back I tried some ephedra based supplements and stopped after a few days because it felt like my heart wasn't beating right (I may have over-reacted). I have read and heard that the sides associated with Clen are similar to these. My question is how should the user determine that he/she needs to discontinue use (without over-reacting to the sides)? Have there been any documented heart attacks/strokes/deaths related to Clen? If so, what would be any warning signs? All input is appreciated. Just trying to determine if its worth the risk. Thanks.
