Liquid creatine
I have searched on this quite a few times and found that everyone agrees that creatine can not be stable in a liquid form.... But in the Aug 2004 issue of Flex it states,
" THe liquid creatine of today has come a long way with the help of ingredients such as soybean oil, colloidal mineral complexes and aloe vera gel. These help keep the creatine stable for a year or more."
So is this all bull**** because flex needs the money from advertising, or is there some truth to this statement??? Thanks for any replies.....
