i really beleve what a good thing antioxidant can do to your body, even if its not bodybuilding related.
Vitamine E can help with cell regeneration so does selenium, and with vitamine C it get ride of all the free radicals your body produces will training.

Hey as long as we're thinking out loud...Don't forget your multi-vitamin/mineral. And it wouldn't hurt any of us to be using glucosamine for our joints. Regardless of problems or not!
