i was just was wondering... i always here oh this guy has the right genetics, or i wish i had his genetics.... what exactly makes a person have the right genetics for body building? people who are naturally ripped are usually small and thin and cant gain a pound easily, people who are big, are usually fatter and have trouble losing weight...
i once read that about 1 guy out of 100,000 guys has the right genetics, and usually that 1 guy never steps foot in a gym... what u guys think.
You ask a difficult and a good question.I think when you here someone say he has good genetics,its an exuse or jealousy why they thierselves dont look as good.Sure some are blessed with perfect proportioned bodies but anyone can build and look great with hard work,diet,and the want!
i have to argue i know many disciplined people who put in more hard work and effort and have much less good looking bodies than some people put in half ass efforts and just grow like fuck so easy and in proportion some people justhave it natural some are destined to strugle

Well I have to reiterate The Original Jason's senitments on this issue.
I too have known some gentlemen that hardly ever pick up a dumbell in the gym, yet look like I have been trying to look for the last 3 years. I seem to be losing ground and work my ass off; they work less than ever and seem to look better than ever.
It's just life and fate. You can't complain and make it different. Just "sigh", and accept and work all the more to get yourself to the point where they are.
No excuses, just work harder. You may not get there, but NO ONE can fault you on your hard work ethic.
