i was just was wondering... i always here oh this guy has the right genetics, or i wish i had his genetics.... what exactly makes a person have the right genetics for body building? people who are naturally ripped are usually small and thin and cant gain a pound easily, people who are big, are usually fatter and have trouble losing weight...
i once read that about 1 guy out of 100,000 guys has the right genetics, and usually that 1 guy never steps foot in a gym... what u guys think.
