Help, Eca makes me feel weird
I just started Eca, 25mg ephedrine, 2 cups of cofee and Aspirin 325mg. I did it 3x a day. But it makes me feel dizzy, and I was so sleepy I had to take a nap 2x today. I know it could be a paradoxial reaction, but does anybody experience that? Is there anything else I need to know, like drinking water, or vitamins or something else....???? thanks

Start in moderation. It may be more than you need through your whole run. Anymore than 2x a day and I crash

Lose the aspirin, and use caffeine tabs for an ACCURATE caffeine dosage.

and if you feel dizzy after changing the dosages around. discontinue the usage.
and switch over to a non-eperdrine based weight-loss product.

What do you mean, "how much do you lose"? Bro, taking an eca stack wont make you "lose" anything, its the diet and cardio that help you lose the weight and that differs from person to person according to how hard you work at it.

I felt very weird the first few days on ECA, so much so that I nearly discontiunued use. It will pass and if everything else is in check it will be worth it IMO.

I might try yohimbe for the ecy instead of eca.
I am exercising and taking care of my diet, but my metabolism is such that its is very hard to loose weight.

I normaqlly have a low blood pressure, which is good, because when my blood pressure is high it means (that it is normal for everyone else)., I did check my blood pressure, and again is normal for the rest of the world. For me is just higher than usual. I stopped the eca for a week or so to make sure that it is not something else. I also stopped my exercising for a week and keep my body at check. One thing that is against me is that I am normal;ly a vegetarian, so the lack of "good food" may be an issue. So yesterday I ate chicken for the first time in years and it felt good.
I do agree with the oversdosing on cafeine, I can take 6 cups of coffee before I go to bed and sleep like a baby. Coffee does that to me, so it may be a paradoxical effect after all.
