you are asking about b-5 as an alternative to accutane, correct? if so i would like some info on that as well...

It takes time to work around 3 friggin months to notice real results!!!
Plus In order to have accutane like effects you need 20grams a day!!!
most people dont take enough to notice real effects just minor ones
Most peopl dont know that in order for it to work you need to take it in three divided doses throughout the day

but i would rather use something that isnt as toxic as accutane...espicialy if using a 17AA
