    muscle milk and amplify?

    Today i got a new protien its supposed to be "better" than muscle milk it's called "Amplify" (cookies n creame) i was just wondering if i should take it back and get muscle milk or keep it. i just dont want some cheap protein from GNC that tastes like shyt. thanx - appreciate it -

    thats what i got a lil while ago, havent used it long so i cant help you on results, but i have the chocolate, not too bad, tastes like watered down chocolate milk, its got **** loads of other stuff in it too.
