today i am going to buy some more creatine.i have been using swole v2 so far.its not bad but i feel i retain too much water on it.any suggestions on a good creatine to buy that adds more strength and eliminates excess water retention?

sorry man, but i dont think any creatine product "doesn't" retain water. thats pretty much the main thing it does--which is why you need to keep pounding a gallon of water a day to make it effective, and so your kidneys dont collapse! :) i have taken a few different kinds, but most of them work the same in my experience. creatine is good stuff to add size, just adds water retention as well!

creatine ethyl ester..that's what i hear my best friend swears by it and he looks dry as hell
i've never seen any creatines that don't make you hold water. as stated, that's how they're effective. just buy the plain, cheap creatine powder and put it in gatorade. that's what i do.
