lots of water bro....i take it in powder form...i remember once i forgot to do that...and i lost taste in my mouth.....it was terrible...

After a while it doesnt bother you. I usually put it in a glass of gatorade, but ive taken it with water and just gulp the top of the glass so you dont even let the liquid hit your tounge.
