i started using creatine at 16 and it was good and no side effects.
You can use creatine as early as you want. Its essentially one of the safest supplements to take, with minimal sides. Just make sure you drink enough water while on creatine.
yea your right nsa, my doctor recommended drinking at least 1 gallon a day with creatine.
don't use creatine in season , I used to and drank a gallon a day with 2 bananas and some magnesium with plenty of sodium and still got cramps and muscle pulls.
It is great stuff though out of season i gained 8 lbs in the first two weeks i used it not much gains since then have been using for like 2 years on and off
oh yah i started when I was fifteen
You could definately use it during the season. Just drink a gallon or more each day along with potassium and taurine to stop any chance of cramps.
i use it during season to preserve strength due to the stress we put on our bodies and lack of proper recooperation during the season. and like suggested above, gallon minimum every day
I used it thru my junior and senior fb seasons. Some say it can cause cramps, but I never had that problem. Basically, the main thing is to stay hydrated, as football practice and games cause you to perspire a lot.
If you do for some reason get cramps start taking taurine and potassium along with a gallon of water ED.
I read in a Fitness RX, Creatine can't be linked to Cramps (June Issue). It said it was just an excuse?could be one of those paid under the table researches?
