N large sucks. Too many carbs in it, it would be alright pwo if most of the carbs were from dextrose but they are from everything but dextrose. Also too much fat per serving.

If you are looking for a great post workout shake, and want something that taste good, N large is your shake, that stuff tastes great.

N large is not a good choice for a pwo shake. It has no destrose in it, only maltodextrin and other carbs. Get yourself and whey protein isolate, and mix it together for a pwo shake. I can assure you that nothing will be as good tasting as isolate and dextrose in a 1:2 ratio respectively.

Outa cursioity, how much do you pay for your instone and do you buy it from GNC? There the only retailer in my area that sells it but ill be ****ed if im gonna pay that 30 mark up on supps they charge.
