    glutamine 500 by ON?

    does anybody know anything about glutamine 500 by optimumn nutrition i found 240 capsules for only 10 bucks any good?

    ON is a very good company but i would go with powders not pills nor liquids.

    Since you bought them take them and see, but i have taken creatine pills and glutamine pills and just didnt feel the same effect has the powder.

    All my supplements come from ON and i just love them so i guess the pills you bought are still good quality.

    if you have already purchased it try and return it if you can to get powder.
    otherwise all glutamine is basically the same as long as it is pure.

    120 grams for ten bucks? Thats about twice the cost of powder. Not that good of a deal IMO.
