colostrum
hey guys,
just a quick question, i was just wondering if i were to take whey and colostrum together, will this affect the absorbtion of either at all??? thanx, much appreciated.

It shouldn't. Btw you probably can't get real colustrum, since it's found in the milk of nursing mothers.

Its also found in cows milk. Nursing mother cows of course

Hey bryan, there wouldn't be enough to notice any affects from it. Would it? Also since its pasteurized (sp) it'd lose some right?

You have to look around and find the right companies making it certain ones cut corners resulting in inferior products but then others manufacture it specifically so they take the neccesary steps to ensure purity.
