boys, i have decided to wait for a few years until cycling ph's or AAS. im 21 and probably have not finished growing. maybe i have but i am not gonna risk it without seeing a doc. my current weight is 187 and height is 5'9. i am 10% b'f. i am currently taking 15g of creatine along with 20g of glutamine, i also take a multi and tribulus. what do you boys think bout tribulus? any experiance? also is there anything i could throw in there to keep growing?
currently eating 7 meals a day. (good clean food) chicken,rice,tuna, peanuts, pasta, grnd beef.
