boys i am gonna start takin some arginine. what times and dosages do yall suggest.

I would spread it out over:
wake up: 4 mg l-arginine (or aakg)
Pre-workout: 4 mg l-arginine (or aakg)
Before bed: 4 mg l-arginine (or aakg)
Along with your other amino acid providing supplements.

Oh btw uttyler, don't use ephedra or ephedrine while on argininine. It will diminish its effects.

i have had nice effects using lower doses, ie 2g am, 3g pre wo, 2g pm

thanks BG what your sayin is you have used it in 4g doses 3 times daily and it worked. but you used 2g 3g and 2g and it worked better? thanks bro

ive used 3g doses 3x per day (for a total of 9g's a day) but i had the same effects at 2-3-2 (7g a day) i have not tried 4g's yet but personaly i dont see the need to because i get the desired effects off a lower dose
