I've always been athletic but just started lifting about 3 monthes ago. Every day I find something on AR that I try to incorporate to make the process more efficient. I was planning on waiting until at least 6 monthes to start anything like Creatine, HMB, etc. because there's no way I'll hit a plateau for a while. But Then I started thinking well why the hell not start sooner? I could be lifting an extra 25 lbs in 6 monthes if I DO start.
Basically, does anybody have strong feelings against starting (mild, not even PHs) supps before hitting any kind of natural plateau? As long as I don't do anything that's going to inhibit my natural test production, etc. I want to get the most out of the "shocking my body into production" phase I assume I'm still in before supplementing, but maybe with supps it would be even more amplified...?
Thx,
