Wal Greens and CVS sell a product called Bronkitab (Sp?) Its an over the counter Asthime(sp) medication. It contain ephedra. Or you can orer ephedra on line from many places.

It's legit since its legal. I have never taken it, so I can't comment on how effective it is. I say give it a shot, its like only $8.

You can get it all over the internet and at a few places such as wallgreens and walmart, it is legal just as long as it is not in a fat loss product. Just do a search for it and u will find a few brands used for breathing problems, they are all ephedra hcl

You can get eca products in ireland despite the fact that ephedra requires a prescription in ireland and the uk and ephedrine hcl is considered class a. Note You can get up to 1800mg of ephedra legally if you get it from a licensed herboligist. 1800 mg ephedra = 150mg-180mg ephedrine alkaloid so two days worth. Wow watch the pounds fall off. Except that is the general recommended limit. If the doctor prescibes it he can prescibe a higher dose. Crazy crazy laws.
