    Dextrose

    I just got done with my frist competion, lost alot strenght, i was going to buy protein, and someone. Told me to buy dextrose, that was great for putting on size. What the hell is Dextrose?

    You did a comp and don't even know what dextrose is?

    Its one step away from glucose, it is best used PWO along with whey protein isolate.
