    1st cycle

well guys i have been doing some major research for my first cycle and this is what i have came up with. just throw out your opinions on anything i should change please. i am 6'0" at 145 lbs, age 21. i am looking to put on 15-20 lbs of lbm. i have been working out steadily for about a year now. also please inform me of a good diet to go along with this cycle based on my stats. thanks bros.

    Cycle:
    m1t: wk 1-2 = 10mg ed, wk 3-4 = 15mg ed
    s1+: wk 1-4 = 500mg ed
    1,4 andro: wk 1-4 = 400mg ed

    PCT:
    clomid: day 1 = 300mg, day 2-10 = 100mg, day 11-20 = 50mg
    tongkat 100:1: day 1-20 = 150mg
    nolvadex: day 1-20 = 20mg
    arimidex: day 1-20 = .25mg

bro, stay away from ph and steroids right now....you are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to skinny. you must look like a twig being under 150lbs and 6 feet tall. Get you diet in check and train for a year or 2 and put on a solid base before you "paint the house".
Check out the diet forum and read up.

i agree with the above post too .

but your gonna do what you want to .

drop the s1+: wk 1-4 = 500mg ed. You dont need it with the m1t
your only 145lbs just run 10mg all 4 week of m1t

actually if this is your 1st cycle of ph drop the m1t and run S1+ for 6 weeks along with the 4-ad followed up with the pct.
save the m1t for your 2nd cycle .

i've decided to substitute m1,4add in place of the m1t at 90mg ed just for your references.

You don't need anything hormonal to make those gains quick. If those stats are correct, you would be a stick figure. You can easily gain 20 pounds of muscle mass with a good bulking diet and a solid workout split...
