    yo im takin m1t and 4 ad just wonderin if i should take all of the 4ad before i work out or spread it out during the day

    pills are usually 300 mgs so id go with 1 gram plus ed

    well bro mine were AST 4-ad 250mg I did 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon and 2 at night how many mgs are yours and who makes it?
