Yeah, the best place to get the good gear is dea.gov
They have all the good stuff and also have heroin, coke, crack and anything else you might want. throw them an email inquiring prices and wait for a response.
support the site and try the AR shop.buy some research chems. i'm assuming they ship to canada.
