    creatine does work!!!

    ive been off the creatine for 2 months now and i am really feeling the effects on my stamina and strength.
    i thought my body could use a break.
    i guess creatine is something i took for granted as a supplement.the doubts i had about it have been erased.
    it does work!!
    gotta get some more.

    creatine is a good supplement, but just like all sups, i think it would be good to cycle on and off, thereby shocking your system and making better gains.
