ephedrine hcl without Guaifenesin

since ephedra is now illegal, i was planning on using an eca stack of my own. I was wondering if the Guaifenesin in most Ephedrine HCL packages make a difference or should i pay a little more for the pure ephedrine hcl without Guaifenesin?

what does Guaifenesin do? what effects does it have directly on ephedrine?

Helps to release Phlegm. It doesnt affect you in the light that you should pay more for HCL w/o it.
