man i use myogenix and solid creatine. both work great, don't pay over 15 bucks if your using straight creatine.

Yeah same here. I noticed when I first started using it, it made me sleepy. Probably from the insulin spike.

I've had success with EAS Phosphagen HP Just because it's a very reputable brand of creatine and it has worked great for me. Good size and strenght gains. I had a bit of " Ronnie Coleman Stomach " but nothing too big.
