Taurine And Clen

Hey bros,

I just picked up some taurine(sp) to use while on clen.. i noticed some cramping on my last cycle..

my question is how much should I take total I think i have read 3-5gms, but how much at anyone time...should it be taked when i take the clen or anytime?? 1/4 tbspoon = 840mgs

any help would be great..

Take the taurine all at once. I usually took mine half an hour before I took my clen. Take 500mg of potassium ed before bed on an empty stomach. Be sure to drink plenty of water too.
