what brand do you use for

Glucosimine, chondrodine, and MSM. Iv read lot of post saying how many of you guys love those supps.
Ive been using them for about 3 months at the recomended dosage and havent really noticed anything, so Iv been using double the dose, im stilling fighting an elbow sprain.
Im using the Vitamin Shoppe brand, and I thought maybe Ill try a diff brand and see if I see better result.....Whats some other good brands?

I've never taken it as a human, but the CVS brand helped my dog get over an ACL injury with no surgery.
