just wondering how you fellas take the liquid nolva from arr-r? do you take it strait or can you mix it with say crystal light?

Take it straight then chase it with somethin if you don't like the taste but its not bad pretty good actually. Don't mix it because you won't get it all. Some may stick to the glass or bottle.

I mix my nolva, clen , and clomid all in a shot glass and take it with pepsi or mountain dew, then take 4 or so more shots to clean out the glass and then do a few with water. You can see the alcohol solvent floating around in the early soda shots but once I use the water its all pretty much gone.
