When to take ECA

Hey guys.. sorry another quick question... Do I take my eca stack before I do morning cardio or does that put the heart rate up to much? Also I was reading a book on supp's and it said to take 300 mg's of asprin? Correct or incorrect? thanx

i usually take it 2 times a day , once when i first wake up , then after 6 hours 2nd dose , so 6am , 12am ... also i use 25-50mg of Ephedra , 200mg of caffeine , and a bayer aspirin 325mg

you could use half a aspirin if you want to , some people dont use it but i think it helps the efficiency of the E/C by thinning the blood alittle , i have run it before at 3 times a day 6am,11am,4pm with 25mg of E , 200mg of C , and half a aspirin 163mg ... works both ways

you can cut down that asprin to a baby asprin 83mg or something.... 300mg doses will attack your stomach

If used correctly yes. I think the reason Ephedrine got such a bad rap was because people didn't take it correctly. You have to think when people take ephedrine it speeds up your heart rate. Also with the caffine. The asprin is added in there to purposely thin the blood so your heart could pass it through easier. Most people you heard about on the news didn't take the asprin so it put a lot of stress on the heart.

yea i used the original stackers for years and never had problems. Its when you pop to many then go run a mile and expect no problem.s

r eca stacks safe? well i mean if u got no history of high blood press,heart disease cardiac arrhythmia renal disease hyperthyrodism spasms pregnant or nursing and all the stuff written on the xenadrine ,follow the dose or if u know wut ur doin adjust ur dose accordingly and follow the guidlines like drinkin more water cuz it can dehydrate i think
