    What do you guys recommend for a good whey or creatine drink(What brands would u say give the best results)

    If you do a search using the term "protein shake" you'll find tons of information on this.

    My vote is for ISOPURE Zero-Carb (whey protein isolate). Dutch Chocolate is my favorite flavor of that brand.
