CrE2 Creatine Ethyl Ester
I switched to creatine ethyl ester out of pure curiousity and I can vouch that this stuff is good. Strength is about the same as on the regular monohydrate for me but there is absolutely NO bloat..... which is great. It makes me look even leaner and harder. I think I'll keep using this stuff from now on.

Anyone else ever try? Not that I dont take your word polska.. Just want more opinions. I use TRAC right now and I like it a lot. I dont notice too much bloat either, but a little.

I'm using it now and noticing the exact same thing. Increased strength, endurance, and no water retention.

Hmm...
I plan to start taking CrE2 next week along with natural protein sources and Vitrix.
I'll try to log my results.

Does creatine ethyl ester malate make you thirsty?
Do you have to drink a lot of water with it, like with creatine monohydrate?
Thanks

is there
is there really any evidence that creatine damages your liveer and that drinking water prevents this? i don't see how. if anything, maybe in the kidneys, and drinking water could help, but i don't know if any studies ahve even showed this. the only true thing i know is that some people tend to cramp on creatine...when they don't drink enough water. not sure if the same problem arises with CEE, but as mentioned previously , you should be drinking over a gallon a day, so you shouldn't have any worries anyway.

With ceatine monohydrate I retained 1 gallon of water. I was thirsty and
drinking water all the time. My stomach was always full of water. I had no
room for food. Hence the question. Thanks for the replies. Bill Phillips's
magazine said creatine monohydrate is 22% salt. I was wondering if creatine
ethyl ester HCL is the same.
