I Need The Best "Natural" Stack Possible.... Help? (No-Xplode?)
Well I'm going to try and compete this next coming spring, so I need the best natural stack to gain a little more size/strength before I cut. The competitions are "natural" so I take it I can't take any prohormones (I really should have looked into that though lol)
I'm thinking I'll try something like No-Xplode, sounds like it works. I've tried SanV12 and Swole V2 stacked with nox2 and it didn't give me what I was expecting (and that's over the recommended dosages hehe). So hopefully this No-Xplode will do the trick. What else can I stack with it? ZMA and Tribulus are a given as I take them pretty consistently, as well as whey (duh), but I may get some glutamine to stack with it, but I'm still looking for more.
Any input is GREATLY appreciated, as well as some direction to where I can find out what stuff is "natural" in a natural contest. My guess was no gear and no prohormones and you could do pretty much anything else but maybe my guess was wrong.

Oh and one more thing, I was thinking I'd take No-Xplode (2 scoops) prior to workout, and then take like either Swole v2, San v12, or some type of CE2 at a different time of the day. That way I can have more creatine nourishment throughout the day but not have to use the expensive No-Xplode quite as much. " 'nah sayin' "

These are what you need IMO:
whey protein isolate
dextrose and maltodextrin
multivitamin
R-ala w/ biotin
Creatine monohydrate if you are a creatine responder
Vitargo by nutrex if you are not a creatine responder
And possibly an amino acid stack, which amino's depends on your amino acid profile in your whey and what your goals are

Your a creatine responder if you make gains off creatine monohydrate. If you don't make gains off creatine monohydrate, your a creatine non-responder. Most people who eat alot of red meat daily are non-responders, because they have alot of creatine in them from the red meat. Vegetarians are the most responsive to creatine supplementation.

Neither can GH or IGF-1. But its still not natural, and most natural BB comps. give a lie detector test along with the drug screenings.

Thanks for the advice so far, and yes they do polygraph test, not that I'd try and cheat if they didn't hehe
And I'm looking for a little more than just creatine, even though I am an okay responder, I don't want water retention for one and was hoping for something more possibly.
This is what I take now
Tribulus
ZMA
Multivitamin
Whey and dextrose
glucosamine and msm
vitamin c
vitamin b
Now I'll do some type of creatine and/or NO product, I'm thinking. But why not No-Xplode over conventional creatine?
