MET-Rx ULTRA
Hi guys,
I've done some searches and the questions I'm asking have probably been answered somewhere else, just not in one place. So, I apologize in advance.
I just purchased MET-Rx ULTRA. It appears to have most of what I want in one mix. It has 40g protein, 18g carbs, 5g creatine, and 2g of L-Glutamine.
Question 1:
Sources I've read tell me that the recommended dosage of creatine and L-Glutamine are 5g each. Should I supplement this mix with extra L-Glutamine?
Question 2:
I work out 4 days a week (M/T/Th/F) and was planning on using this mix as my post-workout drink. Will I get the benefits of the creatine and L-Glutamine if I only take it 4 times a week?
Any other help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

I would also add 20g of glut. per day works well, cost a lot , but if i had to pick, i would forget about creatine and go with glut. has more benefits.

you need 5g of creatine everyday to keep your bodies muscle stores topped off. before that though, you need to go through a loading phase of about 20-25 g per day for a week. Then you can kick it down to 5g per day. don't know about the glut...

Take The protein supplement 4 times a day:
1 at breakfast
1 at lunch
1 at supper
1 before sleeping
while the creatine and L-Glutamine only needs to be taken twice a day:
1 of each in morning
1 of each after workout(or after supper if its a resting day)
And then the final ingredient: Iron
