    whats the difference between creatine ethyl ester and creatine monohydrate? which one is better?

    whats the difference between creatine ethyl ester and creatine monohydrate? which one is better?

    Creatine Ester will not break down in liquid. Creatine Mono breaks down withing a matter of minutes into creatinine which is completely useless.

    The verdict seems to be that esterified creatine out does the regular monohydrate.
