I'm very new to supplements so bear with me. The way i see it is, theres a few different main supps(other than ph's) that work ie, creatine, glutamine and nitric oxide. My quwestion is, how much of each should be taken daily, basicly... For creatine we will go with a CEE. as for the Glutamine, is there different types (like cee and monohydrate etc)?, and what about the nitric oxide stuff or arginine? How much of that? what are some good brands and dosages. im looking to buy the stuff that works, with out fancy addins that dont do ****. Oh ya trib too, ive used that for pct, is there different types though?
