ZMA can it be made by buying simple supplments???

couldnt you just buy these supplements right here and make your own ZMA, they are all pretty cheap at wal-mart. Need some info from somebody. also if u could, how much would u need for severing of each one ???

it would be cheaper to just buy the zma, i think it is like 10 bucks at allsports.

You would need the correct quanity amounts as ZMA has been designed with those ratios. Zinc=15mg, Magesium= 225mg & B6 =5mg, ZMA is cheap enough now then 5 years ago.

well i went ahead and bought the zinc , mag., and b6,
the b6- i got is 100 mg-1tablet
zinc- is 50mg-1tabet
magnesium-is 400mg with 3 tablets
so how should i run this to equal the ZMA products that are out there

If you can get zinc without calcium then I say go for it.

yeah the zinc i got is with out calcium, from looking at all the ZMA brands out there its seems like 1 bottle wont last very long, and with buying each indiviual supplement i will be able to run it alot longer and save more money. I only have about 12 bucks in- vested in the 3 bottles; i just thought that it would be better than buying the ZMA supplement product. also each indvual bottle has 250 caplets i bought.

zinc and magnesium come as zinc asparate and magnesium asparate. theyre different chemicals that just zinc and magnesium... i dont know if the asparate molecule would make a difference though
