Got MSM/Glucosamine, and its got 250mg of each per capsule, and reccomended dose is 2 caps a day.........how about for lifters? Up that?

Glucoseamine and the MSM are in caps together, 250 each cap, so ill just take 5 a day, even it out. thanks man.
