Dextrose and Protein never tried it but i heard some people say it

i cant take weight gainer. It fills me up and i cant eat right and its so packed in carbs you dont get enough protein. So now im taking just a high protein protein that wont fill me up and eating like crazy and im gaining weight. IMO weight gainer is junk.

put the oatmeal in the blender and grind it up good, put it in a cup. you want to do this otherwise, the drink will be slimy and hard to drink. add the eggs and non fat yogurt in blender and the oatmeal last. mix it up good.
I also add about 5 ice cubes and half a cup water for consistency and coolness otherwise it's hard to chug down. it tastes like drinking a bowl of oatmeal. but look at the nutrition you get. it's definitely a bulking drink!
