Using Cyp Powders Transdermally?

1. I know what cyps are designed for, but was wondering if you *could*, if you had to/wanted to, use them transdermally. Can you?

2. Also, I believe I read that a cyp powder is dosed at 70% of the non-cyp version. True?

3. If the cyp dose is 70%, and you can use cyps transdermally, I assume you'd have to use 30% more cyp powder to match a non-cyp transderm formula. True?
