ok im def not fat.. im about 5'7", 180lbs..approx 14-15%bf... the most of my body fat would probably be in my lower abs and sides of my stomach.. theres not that much but id like to actually have abs showing so i want to lose a few lbs.. i want to take an eca stack and also im preparing to take my m1t cycle..do you guys recommend me to take the eca before or after m1t? i was thinking to take it 4 weeks before the m1t because i was planning on running creatine and arginine during my pct.... what do yous think? tell me if im wrong..
