im on day 6 @ 10mg a day but im just not seein any thing, the only thing i have noticed is lethargy. My boy is in the middle of second week and hes growin like a d@mn weed, hes about 140lbs though im at 180-185, so should i up the dosage?
Not, necessarily, bro. You're feeling the sides, so you know it's working. You should begin feeling some real strength increases, pumps, and start seeing some weight gain in a few days. If not, bump to 15mg. Pay attention to the sides - they will let you know where you are. Also bear in mind that quick "growth" you see and the fullness of the muscles is water retention.
stick to 10 mgs 15 is a little too high up for your weight......As Whitey said make sure nothing is out of the ordinary with the sides be patient and youll get there.....

I have buddies notice it after 3 days, taking 10mg twice a day with nothing else except for protein
first week they have gained 6 pounds and second week gained 9
i still havent started mine yet

lethargy really isnt bad for me, somedays it will hit out of nowhere and i will be in class and feel like passing out but the sides everyone talks about i havent felt, thank god. But i have noticed this stuff a little.
What I mean is are you feeling it in the gym. If you're not feeling increased strength and major pumps by now, I'd go ahead and bump it 5mg.
You think lethargy is bad from 10mgs? Think about what 50mgs does. Dont try 50mgs though, as I am one to test limits, but Sci-Fit put out a 50mg capsule before the ban. The lethargy **** nears makes me a narcoleptic sometime. But I am one vascular SOB.
It's really strange how this product affects different people, isn't it? For example, I never really had the lethargy. Like you, bro, I've tested some of the upper limits to this product (for me, it was before we really knew that much about it - it just sounded like a lot of hype). 10mg never was enough for me - 15 is the minumum to get results while avoiding the painful pumps. I don't have any doubt that some of the differences in experiences that people have had from M1T are a result of the different ranges of "impurities" in batches.
