    How long do you run your ECA stack?

    I was going to go 12 weeks on, 2 off. What do you think?

    What are you going to run (just normal 25 ephed, 200 caff, baby asp)? I normally run 30 days on 30 days off.

    12 weeks is a lengthy run. I would give your system and adrenals at least a 1-2 week break every 6 weeks.
