    Please help with supplement advice!

    Wuz up fellas. I am currently at 200lbs/15%bf. I am doing cardio every mourning(at least 6x's) and doing a body part a day in the afternoon. I am supplementing with CLA, flax oil, L-Carnatine and a multivitamin. I also take glutamine(5g) at night before bed. I want to get down to 7% I was wondering if their is anything besides what I am taking that will help out. I dont like to get jumpy, thats why I don't take any of the ephedra stuff. Any help will be appreciated. A buddy recommended NO2, said it will help preserve some muscle>

    Do you know how many calories a day you eat? With the cardio you do, I'm sure a cutting diet would work wonders. Are you interested in Clen ? Check the clenbuterol handbook (side affect is jitters though).

    Thanks bo, I am eating very clean, but I am trying to stay away from calorie counting. I know about clen , but I don't like yhe sides. I don't thimk I need something that strong with all the cardio I am doing. I am looking more for the fitness model look than the ripped BB look. How about Thermonex, has anyone heard anything about that?

    No matter what you do, unless you know how many cals your taking in, your really spinning your wheels. I would first get that down. No supplements will make up for too many calories. BTW, I would drop the CLA and carnitine. CLA is too expensive for its minimal affects, and oral carnitine does nothing for weight loss.
