TRAC by MHP
Just started taking this creatine, but had a couple of questions.
1. Recomended dosage is 17 grams, how do i measure that?
2. Whens the best time to take it?
3. Is it worthwhile to still take regular monohydrate, if so when?
Thanks

I think 17 grams is a little overboard. But thats just me, I think 5-10 grams ED of creatine is good. I know that there is other stuff in trac, so measure out what should equal about 5 grams of creatine each time and rock that.

I forget what exactly it is, but read the label and see how much you need to get 5 grams of creatine each time you take it. TRAC is semi-expensive for creatine, so i would try to conserve some money. But thats just me cuz im a college kid who doesn't have much to spend on supplements.

It doesnt have a scooper with it.. but its either 1 tablespoon or teaspoon per serving.. id have to double check on that.. you dont need 17g a day.. i wouldnt reccomend the monohydrate. if money isnt a problem pick up something like cellmass, which is creatine ethel ester and has glutamine for recovery.. if you did that id take the trac just before workout since it has arginine in it and other things that give you a good pre workout pump. in my opinion the trac cost about 40 bucks retail which is the same that no-xplod costs by bsn and the no-xplode gives you more servings.. from using both products i was happier with the no-xplode results.. they were comparable tho..

I believe trac has arginine and other nutrients adding to its weight. Its not 17 grams of creatine.

"Product Directions: Serving Size is 17 grams or 1 heaping tablespoon. Take one serving daily, preferably pre-workout. Mix with 8 oz. of water and stir vigorously. We recommend using a shaker bottle for the best mix! "
Creatine Monohydrate: 4 grams
L-Arginine: 4 grams
L-Lycine: 600 mg
L-Phenylalanine: 200 mg
NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucledtide): 2.5mg
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Sucralose, Acesulfame-K, Vegetable Oil, Folic acid, Yellow #5.
There's your serving size and the ingredients that add up to 17 grams.

One serving is all you need. Maybe 1 serving twice a day if you feel you need that.
