    Question The Essentials

    I've been training natural for a few months now. My friends tell me most supplements are BS except for protein supplements, creatine, and ECA/ Hydroxycut stuff.

    Currently, I just work out hard and use protein powders to supplement my intake of protein per day. I'm thinking of getting some cell tech soon, and see how that goes.

    What do you guys think the bare essentials are so I can get the most out of my training?

    search for Glutamine theres a post called everything you need to know about Glutamine

    Flax seed oil i think is an essencial(sp) fatty but dont hold me to that i might be thinking about mct oil

    Yea, I checked out those 2 posts.. Thanks. Anyone know what Ala is for ? Hah, I can't find it in search.. Anyway thanks for the responses.

    protein, multi vit, maybe some creatine. i wouldnt get cell tech u can find something a lot better and cheaper. good place to get protein proteinfactory.com. Peace
